Diane’s Cleaning Service now offers painting, maintenance, carpet/tile/ceramic cleaning for HOA buildings

PAINTING BASE FEES:

Our starting base fee for interior wall painting is .40 cents per sq ft

Ceiling painting will be an additional charge.

Paint will be provide by customer, Diane’s cleaning service and Maintenance will supply all tools needed for job.

FLOOR CLEANING BASE FEES: Carpet, Tile, Ceramic and Concrete

1- Bedroom full unit  up to 900 sq ft

$100.00

2- Bedroom full unit with stairs up to 1200 sq ft

$160.00

3- Bedroom full unit with stairs up to 1450 sq ft

$210.00

Additional square footage will .25 cents per square foot

Diane’s cleaning service and Maintenance will supply machine and shampoo needed for job.

MAINTENANCE BASE FEES:

Maintenance service

Charged at an hourly rate of $25.00 

Our Maintenance service technician is fully trained in 

• Basic Plumbing• Basic Electrical• Dishwasher, stove and fridge trouble shooting and problem solving• Washer and dryers• Etc. Maintenance service

Maintenance service technician will supply all his own tools, customer will be notified of parts needed, customer will be responsible for providing the parts to the Maintenance service technician.
